Abstract Submission

Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Word count should not exceed 300 words.
- Structured format: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- Ensure all authors and affiliations are correctly listed.
- Original research, case reports, and systematic reviews are welcome.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Selected oral presentations will be allocated 8 minutes for delivery followed by 2 minutes for Q&A. Presentations must be submitted in 16:9 widescreen format (PowerPoint) at least two weeks prior to the session. High-quality visual aids and clear engagement with the audience are highly encouraged for competitive scoring.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Posters must be designed in A4 portrait orientation. Digital posters should be uploaded as high-resolution PDF files (min 300 DPI) at least two weeks prior to the congress. Presenters are required to be present at their assigned digital screen during the dedicated poster sessions to discuss their work with judges and attendees.
